There are a substantial number of people making good money online, but for every success story, there are at least a hundred that don’t end the same way.  Without traffic to your web site, all your effort goes to waste. Every business needs customers, without them you wouldn’t have anyone to promote your products/services/business opportunity to. The more constant traffic you have the better your odds are of seeing lasting results.   Knowing that only a small percentage of visitors will become either your customers or business partners, your goal should be to drive enough steady web traffic to have a large group of targeted leads.  Large companies have huge marketing budgets that allow them to generate tens of thousands of page views each day.  Even a very small conversion rate can produce massive results.  Obviously you won’t be able to compete with those numbers, however, with a diverse Internet marketing advertising strategy you can reach an incredibly wide audience.  This is the beauty of the Internet and being an online entrepreneur in the 21st century.    Many successful enterprises get their traffic by paying others. Like the old saying goes; you have to spend money to make money. Advertising is the key. The more people that know about you the better.  Despite there being a myriad of free online marketing strategies, they do not generate the same high volume as those that you pay for such as Pay Per Click, paid classifieds, banners, directory listings, indexes, and others.   Advertising with major search engines like Google and Yahoo is the best place to start because, as you already know, search engines are the first place people go to look for what interests them.  Search engines provide information to the many millions of users that they have each day. If you get your site ranked highly enough, you stand a great chance of getting steady and targeted traffic. While search engine optimization is a cheaper and low cost way to give your site a high rank, paying for advertisements will ensure that your listing remains very high. When using Pay Per Click marketing you normally get charged a certain fee every time your link gets clicked.   For some search engines, you will be charged with the number of times your ad shows up when a certain keyword or keyword phrase is searched. It is therefore vital that you have good keyword content in your ad.  Be careful when selecting keywords and take your time.  Pay per click can get expensive if not used correctly but it is a very worthwhile investment for any serious online entrepreneur.

All the money you invest for advertising is a fully deductible business expense and will drastically improve your traffic.  This will in turn boost your conversion rate of web visitors into customers of your products/services and new recruits to your franchise opportunity.  Start branding your business online first using all the free strategies, but then move on to paid advertising because nothing beats it in the long run.  You will be able to grow your team exponentially this way and not spend as much time to get very little in return which is what will happen if all you do is market for free.

There are just too many online marketers doing the same thing and it is virtually impossible not to get lost in the shuffle without resorting to other ways of getting to the head of the line in much less time.  Time is precious and a non-renewable resource.  It must be valued as such, and as we all are painfully aware…time is money.  Cheers!
