The handheld’s screens have been enlarged, and will now be 17% bigger (at 3.25 inches) than those found on the DS Lite. Tech: Will Net Neutrality drive up the price of web access?
There are some who predict that the cost of web access could rise steeply if the Federal Communications Commission mandates “Net Neutrality,” which would mandate that service providers treat all traffic the same.
