20+ MORE examples of Fox News Biased Video Editing at www.youtube.com 100+ MORE examples of Fox News Bias at www.youtube.com Whether it’s misrepresenting the law of treason or the applicability of Miranda warnings, Fox News contributors on “Fox and Friends” this week spent a lot of time making a false legal distinction between citizens and non-citizens in the discussion of the arrest of Faisal Shahzad, the man accused of planting an SUV bomb in New York City’s Times Square on May 1, as I show in this video. The clips of Fox News anchor Gretchen Carlson and Fox News legal analyst Peter Johnson, Jr., come from the segment on Fox News’ “Fox and Friends” broadcast May 5, 2010, available in the foxnewschannel YouTube video titled “Terror and Treason” at www.youtube.com The clips of Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napalitano, Fox News commentator Glenn Beck, and Fox News anchor Brian Kilmeade come from a segment on Fox News’ “Fox and Friends” broadcast May 4, 2010 (which I have not been able to find online). to answer your question; The constitution does not stipulate citizenship, but it should. If every human in the USA were entitled to the constitutional protections, how can you have an illegal alien? It would violate their right to life liberty and the persuit of happiness to make them leave. I am not arguing about torture, or treason, but simply, maybe our government foundation needs to evolve enough to distinguish who is more important, a guest or a resident.

I agree with a lot of this, unless it leads to rights of illegal immigrants. Should not imply that any person treading American soil has access to our social welfare system, citizenship or other aid, or should not face criminal charges because they have “rights.”
Illegals should be viewed as criminals–trespassers—and face the court system and be deported, never to be allowed here again. If they want to come here, they should care enough to do it legally. Vow allegience to USA only

@skinny123222 Yeah, and here’s how it goes on MSNBC….
HOST: ” Those crazy, racist mean-heads keep asking dumb questions, making it hard for us ‘intellectuals’ to fool them! This sucks! Don’t they know who they’re messing with?”
GUEST: ” OK, here’s the plan…. stay with the ‘Crazy, racist mean-head’ shit, and never… NEVER directly answer a dumb question…. We must beat around the bush until they show their craziness, then lay down and play victim- BRILLIANT! (we are so superior)!

@buisyman both the bill of rights and the constitutions’ are basically oaths that are said in masonic temples, taken from the Masonic bible, put into operation. Most of the people who put these very important documents together, were masons.

That last point is something I’ve been bring up in conversations for a long time. It seems that all Americans have a great concern that their constitutional rights are observed but for some reason a lot of them don’t consider non US citizens worthy of the same rights. The US doesn’t need to run around the world forcing everyone to give people the civil liberties we enjoy but when a foreigner is in the US there is no good reason to deny them the same liberties under the constitution.

Spineless Obama, like Bush, is a patsy, has no say, no power. Banks, the Fed, CIA, Aipac are the real owners, the rule makers and breakers, they will trash this country to protect their status quo of wealth and power. The Constitution was suspended on 9/11 and “legally” entrenched by the Patriot Act and the Military Commission Act. Perceived “troublemakers” will be rounded up with everyone else at the bottom of the pyramid, doomed into poverty and serfdom. Are you prepared for a fight??

@skinny123222 I guess that CNN and msnbc starting their shows with “I HATE GEORGE BUSH” don’t matter, though, huh? It only matters if it’s your guy in the white house? Not withstanding the fact that Bush was a tool, Obama is worse, spending more, faster than Bush did on things that will never work.

Man, do you even KNOW what the Bill of Rights is and where it can be found? It’s the first 10 ammendments to the Constitution. How does the Constitution start? “We, the people of the United States of America”, not “we the people of the rest of the world.”

Dude, you always seem to cut the audio short when it doesn’t say what you want people to think it says. Now, the only way to be chatged with treason is to be a US citizen. Non citizens are charged with something else. Besides, your arguments about changing the facts falls on deaf ears, being as you’re doing all the time. lier. Show me where the constitution gives citizens rights to non-citizens.

oh, my gosh, the US Government is using the Rule of Law instead of Hysteria! Police action and Constitutional protections for Citizens instead of torture and madness! However shall we cope?

People think that Americancitizens are special. If this is true (it’s not) then it’s not “special” in a good way. I’d rether die Canadian then be American.

Do the tea-party members know that Jesus was not an American citizen ?
Do they think God was an American male even before he created the Cosmos , the Earth and the continent of America ?

@michiyoyoshiku Were the heck did you see anything about points of view. All he did was point out how FOX News saying he should be charged with treason is wrong because his actions don’t constitute the charge of treason……In The Constitution. So why charge him with treason if,by our on definition,he didn’t commit treason?

@LiberalViewer I think your video validly points out a major flaw in the conservative movement. A flaw that is causing factions to form within the GOP. There is a inconsistency when it comes to the Constitution. For all intents and purposes the “Neo-Conservatives” spin the Constitution so that on one side they take a social stance on an issue but on another such as denying immigrants their rights they suddenly turn their back on their citing of the Constitution and their social stances.
